ORDERING
The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have completed your order online, you will then receive an email confirming that your order and payment have been received. All prices are in Australian dollars and inc 10% GST.


We are also happy to process an order manually and can take orders over the phone on 0447 676 071 or via email at hello@thecolourenglish.com.au if you prefer. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Gift vouchers are available instore and online. They are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.



DELIVERY
All unframed Prints receive FREE SHIPPING within Australia.

Large artworks and heavy items are available to send via courier or pick up in our Mount Eliza store. If you've seen something you love on our Instagram and it's not on our website please contact us for more information.

We do our best to keep shipping costs down for you so we offer a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $150 anywhere in Australia. If you spend over $150, then shipping is on us! Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

Selected artworks, furniture and rugs are excluded from this FREE shipping. We will endeavour to always get the best shipping quotes for you, and you’ll be super surprised at how affordable it is! Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote! We will pack your order quickly and get your purchase sent out to you within 8-10 working days but please be aware that freight times can sometimes vary. 


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The Colour English is based in Australia, but we are definitely happy to ship internationally. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location.  For a quote on international shipping costs for your order, please email us on hello@thecolourenglish.com.au with details regarding what you wish to purchase, your full postal address and a contact number please.

Delivery will be made during business hours. Please specify delivery instructions for your order during the check out process. Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS POLICY
The Colour English would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you and you have a ‘change of mind’, we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note. Please contact us via email, or call us on 0447 676 071 or come see us in store within 10 working days of your purchase and we will happily help you. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Shipping charges will be the customers responsibility for items returned via post for ‘change of mind’. We require any returned items to be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

In the situation where the item you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Please email us at hello@thecolourenglish.com.au or pop in and see us in store and we will help resolve the problem asap.  

In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.  Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
